One of our favourite 5-star properties which is situated down in the South of the island which is slightly less commercialized and quitter part of the island. This is a property that has one of the longest, widest beaches on the island, a lagoon for doing water sports and with a back drop of La Morne mountain which is absolutely spectacular.

What we liked about this property is its relaxed and informal atmosphere but still within the confines of a top 5-star resort and related services and facilities. The newly decorated rooms that are being upgraded are fresh and light and if you have a special occasion the beach front villas are awe inspiring!

Golfing enthusiasts will love this property as Paradis Golf Club is right opposite the hotel and offers a scenically beautiful course that traverses the lagoon, mountain and sea with some magnificent fairways and greens to enjoy the spectacular views.

This is one of our favourite 5-star resorts on the island. Situated on the South West of the island. It offers 5-star service and elegance but in a relaxed and casual atmosphere!

The newly re-furbed rooms are light and airy, adorned with blues and green’s which really gives you that beach holiday feeling. Should the budget allow, the beach front suites or villas are situated right on the beach allowing for afternoon naps and casual swims right within a hop skip and jump away!

The resort is perfectly situated next to Paradis Golf course so ideal for those looking at improving those swings and of course the ParadisGold competition is held here on an annual basis! The sports club has all the latest gym equipment and the boat house offers all water sports activities in the lagoon situated alongside the resort. The lagoon is idealfor water skiing as it is less affected by the wind making those runs smooth and clean! They also offer stand up paddlingwhich is great exercise and ideal for exploring the bay.

There are a number of restaurants, one of which is an authentic Italian restaurant serving up the most delicious pizzas and pastas! The other restaurant is based on the peninsular of the hotel looking out over the ocean with the most magnificent views and perfect for special events such as weddings or anniversaries! The main buffet area offers up themed evenings each night, one of which  is “ The  Mauritian Islands” , which show cases all the various influences from around the world and is absolutely to die for!

The kids club is fun with loads of activities for the little ones to keep them entertained while Mom and Dad have some time together.

We recommend this property for 5-star clients whether they be couples, honeymooners or families! It offers something for everyone and although 5 star, it offers apleasant, relaxed vibe where you can let your hair down whilst sipping on a glass of Moet!
